Since 2009 Sophie Dorschner has been working as a lawyer, specialized in:

• Public and private construction law

• Contract law (in particular work and services contracts and architectural law)

• Tenancy law

• Property law

• Mediation

Her practice includes advising on and litigating construction projects (contract design, defects in work, planning and construction management services, land purchase, condominium ownership and easements, construction liens, law concerning the respective interests of neighbors, etc.), as well as in building permit and other public building law proceedings. Her clients include private individuals, companies, real estate administrations and public institutions.

The focus is on the interests of the clients. For each mandate, the interests, goals and ideas are jointly elicited and reviewed. Sophie Dorschner supports her clients with her specialist knowledge and can draw on her experience as a mediator and discussion moderator in negotiation situations.

Sophie Dorschner has been working for KELLER Attorneys at Law since 2011. She is registered with the Bar Register of the Canton of Zurich and is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, she is an instructor at the Campus Sursee Bildungszentrum Bau AG (module law HF construction management, master builder and construction manager trainings) and at the SVIT.
